A Group of Circa 1940's Ladies' and Gentlemen's Costume, Bearing the CC41 Label, comprising a G A Dunn & Co blue wool double breasted overcoat, a navy herringbone design double breasted coat; a Balmoral green herringbone single breasted coat; a navy blue wool jacket; a Hipps black evening jacket; black wool trousers; nine collarless shirts in striped and white cottons; ladies' printed cotton short sleeve dress in a plum trellis design; and three printed housecoats (19)
. Four ladies' house coats: white ground - couple of small holes and wear. Purple - good, missing belt. Other 2 - ok overall. Nine gents' shirts - some unworn, but all have some dirt/dust marks, no holes. Dinner jacket - slight wear. Dinner suit trousers - couple of tiny holes and slight wear. GA Dunn blue and white overcoat - slight wear. Balmoral green and yellow overcoat - slight wear and stitched repairs to sleeves holes. Navy striped jacket - slight wear, holes and stained to sleeve lining. Navy herringbone overcoat- couple of areas of wear to one lapel and couple of holes to the front.
