A Group of Eight French Renaissance Revival Oak Chairs

19th/20th century
each having a tooled leather upholstered back and seat, raised on turned legs joined by stretchers.
Height 37 inches.

Note that this is an assembled set, or two sets of four, with slightly different sizes, stretcher layouts and tacking:
Four chairs measure height 36 1/2 x width 19 x depth 19 inches.
Four chairs measure height 34 3/4 x width 19 x depth 18 inches, these are stamped Made in France.
Each chair in overall good stable, usable condition. Leather intact to each with typical wear, a few with minor separations at the corners. Frames with even darker patina, usual surface wear (nicks and scratches) consistent with age and use.
