The cartridges are stored inside a repurposed dark amber plastic bottle with a white screw cap. The bottle retains an adhesive paper label for American Health Mega Acerola Plus Natural Vitamin C 1000 mg. The white plastic cap bears a handwritten notation in purple permanent marker reading 500 40GR. Accompanying the bottle is a torn and creased fragment of the original black and red Winchester cardboard packaging which displays the text WINCHESTER M-22, 22 LONG RIFLE, 40 GRAIN, 1255 FPS, and BLACK COPPER PLATED ROUND NOSE.
