19th-century folding knife with a 3 - 3/4" blade marked "A. HASSON / & SONS / CURRENT" on the ricasso. The blade exhibits a heavy gray patina with groove to accommodate a thumbnail. Traces of gold gilt on the bolsters. Pommel features a Mexican eagle with snake in mouth. Pommel exhibits scattered dings and a moderate-heavy patina. Stag grip scales remain intact and firmly affixed to the knife with 4 pins on each side. Spring exhibits a heavy patina. Locking mechanism functions properly. CONDITION: Good. Blade Length: 3 - 3/4" Overall Length: 9 - 1/8"
