• Movement: gilded full plate, verge escapement, plain flat balance, pierced and engraved winged balance cock, fusee and chain, hybrid pillars, signed A :Hoevenaer, Arnhem
• Dial: later white enamel dial with black Roman numerals and outer Arabic chapter
• Case: silver inner case with indistinct hallmarks, later outer cast case depicting a biblical scene

Outer case and dial are likely to have been added later
Outer case is tarnished but free from pin holes and too much rubbing. Inner case has a repair at the base of the stem, silver marks are rubbed
