Condition Report:
The work is executed on board which appears sound and providing a stable support. The work appears to be in excellent overall condition and retains the Artist's original unvarnished and chalky paint surface. Some areas of very fine surface cracking consistent with the grain of the board. UV light inspection reveals some very minor flecked retouchings to the white of the cottage, these are minimal. Held in a painted frame and under glass.
