Jean-Francois Bautte was an eminent watch maker in Geneva and Paris who specialised in making very thin watches. This example is just under 6mm thick.
Condition:
Condition: Outer case: three cracks to the enamel surrounding the opening, gilt worn in places, crack and repair to the enamel panel to back.
Inner case and movement in good condition as catalogued, in ticking order.
