The blade of shinogi zukuri, itame hada, togari bar midare hamon, the nakago with one mekugi-ana, nagasa 72cm; the handachi mounts comprising a wakasa-nuri brown lacquer saya, an iron tsuba decorated with praying mantis and scrolling leaves, ‘dragon’ menuki, and bamboo tsuka-ito on a hilt, with a sword bag.
