the bell-form bowl decorated with a wheel cut floral cartouche surrounding the image of an artist's hand doling a palette and brushes, the base of the bowl with cut twist decoration and raised on a facet cut baluster stem and raised on a similarly decorated domed foot with an undulating footrim.
