Condition: - apart from the remarks below, the item in our opinion in an acceptable to good condition
- composed, as most of the genuine Meiji-period okimono, out of various parts
- the usual minor cracks inherent to the material
- in the lower basket as well as in the one on his back, some branches with flowers are missing
- in our opinion, the rope is broken and should hold the basket
- the back of the rod in the man's hand is broken and missing
