Koshirae: black lacquered saya (scabbard) with a horn kojiri (bottom end), including a copper kodzuka (small knife), tsuka (handle) with blue ito (thread) over white samé (ray skin), horn kashira (top of the handle) with copper menuki (hilt ornaments) and a shakudo-nanako (black alloy with multiple small raised dots) with a fir design, round tsuba (hand guard) depicting kiku (chrysanthemum) and crashing waves, all mumei (unsigned)
