Condition Report: Overall good condition with even pile-wear, soiling, and typical signs of wear commensurate with age and use. Issues include, but not limited to: a 3.5" long hole at central edge, scattered smaller repairs, patches, and localized areas of heavy traffic wear, abrash throughout, and scattered pulled threads.
