A LARGE LONGQUAN CELADON BARBED-RIM DISH, MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)
The dish is decorated to the centre of the interior with a floral pattern surrounded by radiating petals below a petal-barbed rim, covered all over with an unctuous glaze of sea-green colour, continuing over the foot rim where an unglazed ring on the base has fired to a dark orange colour.
