Tibet, 19th century. A large copper and white metal travel altar Gau with woven fabric cover, containing hand-painted depiction of Blue Tara holding lotus stalks, visible through a small window to the show side, and placed behind glass. Inside with handwritten and printed prayers papers.
Condition: Fine condition with traces of use, the fabric cover with extensive wear.
