C. LATASTE 28 RUE JUDAIQUE BORDEAUX',38cm high (2)The Milet factory in Sevres was known as the Manufacture Ceramique D'Art, and was first established in 1867 by Felix Optat Milet, Paul's father. Both father and son won gold medals for their work at the international exhibitions, Felix Milet winning at the 1889 Paris Exposition Universelle, and Paul at the 1900 Exposition Universelle. Paul's son Henri Milet took over the factory in 1932.
