A LARGE PAIR OF CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE PUNCH BOWLSKANGXIPainted with panels of precious vases and Buddhistic lions to the exterior, interiors with baskets of flowers34cm diameter Provenance: Possibly collected by Arthur Barnardiston (d. 1737) and kept at Brightwell Hall until removed to Weston Hall 1744Thence by descent at Weston Hall. Condition Report: One bowl with 16cm crack through base, and a further crack appoximately 7cm in base, otherwise good accept for rim frits. The other bowl broken in half and glued, rim with chips largest 1.5cm x 5mm and smaller. Condition Report Disclaimer
