A LATE 18TH/EARLY 19TH CENTURY INTAGLIO RING, the oval intaglio carnelian, carved with the head of a man, 8.3mm wide, collet mounted and set to either side with a rose cut diamond, collet mounted with two additional chip cut diamonds, with plain band of unmarked yellow metal (tests as approx. 9ct gold), size N, (2.8g)
Condition Report: Carnelian a little crudely carved with softened edges and minor abrasions, closed back. Some wear throughout, band appears to have been re-sized.
