Wainwright, Penny Bentley above Rococo spandrels and a Roman chapter ring with Arabic outer markings enclosing an engraved centre with subsidiary seconds and silvered date aperture fronting a weight-driven 8-day movement with anchor escapement and bell strike. The break arch hood with turned finials and blind fretwork frieze above slender reeded pilasters and matching slender trunk with long shaped-top door on a panelled canted base raised on ogee bracket feet.
