Condition Report:
The movement is in working condition at the time of cataloguing. All functions are working properly. The bezel with a very minor ding at 8 o'clock and very light surface wear particularly towards 6 and 10 o'clock visible to the naked eye. The case band with wear towards 9 and 4 o'clock. Otherwise the watch is in very good overall condition. The buckle with minor wear only.

Catalogue Note:
The Lange 1 series has always been the quintessential face of the brand which fully demonstrated the perfect design in German watchmaking. However the Grand Lange 1 series came out in 2003 successfully modernized the collection with a larger case size and a heftier wrist presence. Maintaining all the key elements of the original series, the asymmetrical dial layout is as beautifully executed with the signature big date and power reserve indication. Following the golden triangle, the design seemed unbalanced at the first glance but in fact it is completely calculated.
