A Large Antique Hardwood Ships Wheel with Brass

Brass and Wood Construction the massive 59" diameter 8 spoke wheel has and a central brass Lug, and a conical brass spire for the 12 o'clock position. Hardwood turned spokes joined by a central wood spool painted in a Military green then fortified with the brass mounting lug. The wooden second band is fortified with a cast brass band as well. Eight wooden handles span the Galver, one with the brass finial.
