the figure depicted standing, dressed in draped robes densely decorated with peaches, cranes flying and shou characters amongst floral blossoms, the right hand bearing a staff, the left hand holding a peach, his face showing a big smile, having long beard, the underside bearing an impressed mark reading Fujian huiguan Xu Dequan zao.
Height 22 in., 55.88 cm Chinese Decorative Arts
Overall good and complete condition with no visible hairlines or restoration. A minute chip to the tip of the staff. Some losses of glaze on the staff, as well as the reverse of the robe.
