A Large Whole Plate Gandolfi Tailboard Camera 1900-10, with City Sale & Exchange Salex f/4.5 310mm dummy lens, brass, serial no. 83429, body, E, lens, VG, with three DDS, a faint Gandolfi stamp can be found on the removable rear frame, all in maker's fitted case The camera appears to have been commissioned from Gandolfi by City Sale & Exchange as a display item, consequently was never used apart from occasional mounting onto a tripod.
