Gilt bronze. Arms of the cross with a stippled finish on the obverse. Applied royal cipher “W” in the center; applied two-tone enameled laurel wreath on the outer edge (chips). Reverse features three empty mounting holes. Soldered suspension loop with ribbon ring at the top; attached section of red and blue ribbon. Signs of wear and age.
