The case and stand are in overall fine condition. Old scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. Discoloration and tarnish to the metal mounts; mounts appear to be original but have been re-gilded. The mounts are not visibly stamped with a crowned mark or other mark. There are a number of small losses to the brass inlay that have been restored with paint or enamel. There is rubbing to the painted surface surrounding the dial. Unsure of accuracy or duration of movement. No pendulum, winding key or case key. The dial is signed; the mechanism is not. Glass is a replacement.
