The upper section with a pair of glazed doors enclosing four later shelves above a hinged slant front opening to a recess above three later drawers over three slides enclosing wells above a pair of doors enclosing a shelf.

Condition Report: Lacking cornice. Upper section rests on base - not affixed. Structurally sound. General marks, nicks, scratches, rubbing, cracks, losses and areas of patched repair. Shelves to upper section replaced as stated. Drawers to lower section later as stated. With notable staining to interior and front of desk as visible in catalogue photos. Ledge to face of slant front later. Splicing to back legs. Visible old woodworm and losses due to woodworm.
