Condition Report: Structurally sound. General marks, nicks, scratches, cracks, stains, fading and wear commensurate with age and use. Notable dark stains to top. Hardware probably replaced. Replacements to hinges. Visible old woodworm and losses due to woodworm. Plate probably replaced. Spoting and loss of silvering to mirror plate. Later molding around plate.
