A Louis XV Style Gilt Bronze Mounted Lacquered Commode

the rectangular marble top of serpentine outline above the bombe form case fitted with two drawers, with Chinoiserie decoration throughout.
Height 33 x width 50 1/2 x depth 25 1/2 inches.

In good, stable, usable condition. Marble top intact without repair or loss. Decoration to case intact with only light surface scratching. Mounts all appear present with even patina. Drawers open and close smoothly, with lock, no key.
