Condition Report: The bureau plat is redecorated in light green with faux bronze trim paint to mimic a mount at the edges. The top is inset with a gilt-tooled blue green writing surface. The painted surface has crazed in some places and there are some minor chips. The leather surface has minor scuffs and stains. The gilt metal mounts are slightly tarnished. The front proper left sabot attached with an old glue repair. The back legs lacking sabots now with evidence of previous installation.
