A Louis XV Style Gilt and Patinated Bronze Figural Clock 19th century, movement by japy freres Height 29 1/4 inches.
Condition Report: In overall good condition. Bronze intact to case without loss or repair. One putto near top loose. Having fairly even patinas, some rubbing to the patina on the bear. Dial and glass to dial intact. Time and strike movement appears mostly complete but lacking bell. Both springs wound fairly tight. Clock runs and attempts to strike on the hour and the half. Unsure as to accuracy or duration of movement. With pendulum and key. Additional images available upon request.
