the three-quarter galleried top of serpentine outline above the conforming case having glazed sides and a door opening to a shelved interior, the case painted to depict a courting couple in a landscape, raised on cabriole legs.

Old scuffs, marks and scratches throughout consistent with age and use. Rubbing and loss to gilt decoration on top. Wear to feet suffests sabots once attached, not retained. Windows are glass.
