Condition Report: Overall good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, shrinkage cracks, indentations, and separation at joints commensurate with age. The legs are currently unassembled, and loose when mounted, causing some shakiness to the structure. The checkerboard with localized area of mild deterioration to the lacquer finished.
