With a winding key. The clock is not currently running and the movement is obscured by the case so it cannot be inspected without being disassembled. The two dials are able to be manually advanced and the clock winds with the key. Attractive and sturdy with a bright finish to the gilt. Only very minor chips to the edges of the enamel dials.
