A Louis XVI Style Gilt Bronze Mounted Mahogany Tall Case Clock circa 1900 the domed hood in two parts, having a floral finial and mounted with a trophy, the circular enameled dial with Roman numeral hours and Arabic numeral minutes, the movement marked Medaille d'Argent/ Vincenti/ 1855, the straight trunk with canted corners, the base raised on foliate cast paw feet, mounted throughout to show flowering urns and cornucopias among foliate scrolls. Height 105 x width 24 1/2 x depth 11 1/2 inches.

With two areas of enamel loss to the dial between the "10" and "15" minute numerals, together with two minor areas of loss to the "20" and "60" minute numerals. The clock needs minor repair after being knocked over approximately one year ago; the dial is not presently supported within the case. Clock is not running; it does not come with pendulum and weights. Case has areas of fading/whitish discoloration and several right age cracks. Hood's door does not have glass.
