A Louis XVI beech and upholstered armchair, circa 1780, stamped 'MINISTERE' to underside of the seat rail, 95cm high, 62cm wide, 48cm deepCondition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches and abrasions commensurate with age and use. Old chips, splits and some small losses. Filler used to help disguise splits and old tack holes for where previous upholstery sat (see images). Slight movement within frame and arms. some joins opening slightly. Upholstery in fair condition overall with just some wear to the armrests.
