Condition Report:
Rare set of seats of a fine model. They are in untouched condition which means that the all set has still it's original gilding, webbing and upholstery. They still have the shaped (pearls and ovals) gilded nails. The frames, seat rails and legs are solid without restoration (the back of one armchair needs to be restored). There are of course some minor chips to the carving. The original oil gilding with extensive wear and cracked in places, with stains and dust. The needlepoint upholstery extensively worn but with some good contrasted colors remain despite discolored due to light. It is torn in places, particularly the cushion of the sofa and the bergères. As said a real curiosity for 18th century seats amateur.
