. Marble top with various old repairs including back left hand corner and two cracks running straight through the marble top. Further chips and fritting throughout. Drawer fronts timber in good condition. Small faults just below the middle escutcheon. Legs weak, including repair to front right leg. Rear legs also repaired. Back of chest has been ebonised, and bears an old paper label Arthur Newberry Ltd and inscribed in pencil Lady Rose 165 110220
