A MAHAL CARPETapproximately 341 x 254cmCondition Report: Wear overall. Wear reveals underlying weft in areas throughout. Some additional lines of wear and pale knot heads visible. Longest edges have been re-bound. they are generally tidy with just some minor wear and fraying. One end with a section of replacement fringing (see image). the fringing at both ends with wear, fraying and losses. This encroaches into the guard stripe slightly at both ends.
