A MINIATURE CONCERTINA ALBUM OF CALLIGRAPHY, COPIED BY SAYYID GOLESTANEH AND ‘ABD AL-MAJID TALIQANI, PERSIA, DATED 1117 AH/1705-06 AD AND 1309 AH/1891-92 AD

Persian manuscript on paper, 24 album pages bound in concertina form, each with a text panel written in shikasteh in black ink within clouds against a gold ground decorated with polychrome flowers, ruled in gold, in lacquer binding decorated with flower scrolls and vine leaves, one board detached

10.4 by 7cm.

Condition Report:
In overall good condition, minor smudges and stains, one board of the binding detached, the other nearly detached, with some scratches, as viewed.
