"A MOON LANDING" POEM SIGNED & READ BY BUZZ ALDRIN
In 1969, after watching the Apollo 11 spaceflight, Charlotte Conley wrote a poem about the iconic moon landing. Years later in 1980 Buzz Aldrin was the guest speaker at a dinner to honor the Veteran of Foreign Wars in Seaside Heights New Jersey. Buzz Aldrin read Ms. Conley's poem to the crowd and then signed and personalized her poem. This collection includes the original autographed poem, pamphlet from the program, photographs with Buzz Aldrin reading the poem, and other memorabilia.
