The deep vessel set on a short tapering foot, finely carved to the exterior with narrow chrysanthemum petals terminating in stylised foliate designs, within hatch pattern borders at the rim and above the foot, the semi-translucent stone with dark grey and creamy mottling and striations. 17.2cm (6 3/4in) diam.

器灰玉質，口沿及腹壁最下方各琢一周莨苕葉紋，並連以垂直弦紋，與台北國立故宮博物館所藏故玉3885，平口葉形雙柄盌其上之裝飾極似；見鄧淑蘋主編《國色天香——伊斯蘭玉器》，台北，2007年，頁124，編號150。
