c.1820, the bucket form bowl finely engraved ‘United to believe not combin’d to injure’ between Masonic emblems, above an engraved crest with a steamship, surmounted by a bird and enclosed by two figures, all above a scrolled banner engraved ‘Industry and benevolence unite us in friendship’, surrounded by Act of Union symbols, the reverse diamond point engraved with a cypher, enclosed by a polished printie cut border and floral swags, raised on a short stem with a compressed ball knop and circular foot,
