European Furniture & Decorative Arts Overall sturdy and ready to hang. The mirror glass is replaced, with areas of artificial aging. Carving re-gilded throughout in the later 20th century, but properly burnished with a bright, even color overall. A few age cracks throughout, but no significant broken or missing elements. Scattered chips and losses to gilding, with areas exposed gesso.
