A Meissen Marcolini period teapot and cover, of cream ground decorated with pastoral scenes of shepherds and sheep and gilt highlights to the base, handle, rim and spout, the cover similarly decorated with gilt acorn finial (AF), 14cm high overall, together with two similarly designed teacups, 8cm diameter, all with blue underglaze crossed swords and star mark with single incision (3)
The cover has been poorly restored after a drop, with several lost elements, and the acorn finial is loose. Otherwise the teapot and teacups are in good condition.
