In overall decent, stable, attractive condition. Old scuffs, marks and scratches throughout consistent with age and use. Scattered areas of flaking and loss to gilt decoration. Areas with loss have been repainted with gold paint (not gold-leaf). Top with some heavier wear and some loss to veneer on edges. Blocks at back edges of top reattched and possibly replaced. Glass elements appear intact without cracks and loses. Areas of repair to veneers and small losses concentrated to block feet at base of case. Interior lacking shelves.
