Royal blue full-length silk skirt, open at the waist and with a train, embellished with black bugle beads, sequins of various sizes, and smaller beads in zig-zag patterns, with a large round sequined button at the top and a black silk lining, bearing an interior "Fabrice / New York / Couture" label. Cole wore this skirt at the 1992 American Music Awards where she received 2 awards, Best Adult Contemporary Artist and Best Adult Contemporary Album for Unforgettable. Accompanied by a photo of Cole wearing the skirt.
