Condition Report: General marks, scratches, rubbing, wear and oxidation to metal. Lacking one porcelain flower head. Scattered chips to porcelain. Some losses to tole decoration to interior. Scattered small chips and some losses to glass luster elements. Dirt accumulation. Wiring should be checked by a qualified electrician prior to use.
