This handsome map is a reduced version of a portion of Moll's large map published in 1720 with the same title. It covers the same region as Moll's A Map of New France... (1717). It presents the British view that their colonies extended to the Mississippi River and incorporated Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. Spain controls the Neck of Florida and New Mexico, and France controls Louisiana and Canada. Filled with Indian place names and forts.

A nice impression with contemporary outline color on a sheet with light toning along the edges of the map and both archival reinforcement along the sheet edges and a few old tape remnants underneath the reinforcement on verso. There is a small chip at bottom, with a small amount of image loss in the border, and short centerfold separations at top and bottom that have been archivally repaired on verso.
