Condition Report: Marked to back edge of lid left of handle. With assay scrape. Regilt or later gilt. With notable wear, softening to detail and damages to coins. Lacking gilding from hinge pin as visible in catalogue photos. With a shadow of heraldic engraving to bottom of handle. General marks, scratches, waves, rubbing, loss of gilding and wear commensurate with age and use. Areas of pitting and roughness.
