Condition Report: General marks, nick, scratches, cracks, chips and losses overall. With repairs to feather plumes to top and foliate plumes to sides of crest. With a loss of a decorative element to central rectangular reserve at lower section of crest. Areas of dirt accumulation, refreshment to gilding and overpainted restoration in areas overall Plate replaced.
