Qing Dynasty, six character Jiaqing marks and of the period.

Each painted to the centre with stylised shou character surrounded by a ring of further eight characters, all within a border of ruyi head scrolls, the exterior with a band of foliate rocaille scrolls, together with wood stands, 21cm diameter. (4)

Provenance: from the collection of Mr Gustav Amann (1882 – 1940) consulting engineer to the Chinese government.
